Tuning Garage Blueprint from a source other than the Beserker Boss?

I decided to start a new game and somehow found the blueprint for what I assume is the Tuning Garage.. However, I have not even considered taking on the boss yet, can they drop somewhere else or is this a glitch/bug? Has anyone else have this happen? I should note I have not tried to build it yet as I just noticed right before logging out to go to work. Will update later tonight when I get home.

Blueprint can be found from killing the berserker, car crash missions, and someone said they got one from killing an infected. Not sure about that last one.

Thanks. I think I remember now, after reading your reply, that I got it from a crash victim I rescued. Probably as a reward as I don't remember trading for it, although my memory isn't THAT reliable lol.

I got one either from a bandit or an infected, can’t remember which. Seems more likely to be a bandit, but I can’t be sure. But either way, I wouldn’t rely on that method. 🙂
