Quiver Bug

In 3 separate games ,1 cloth and 3 leather quivers have completely disappeared. I equipped them, loaded them and shot them. 3 times it disappeared after several shots ,1 time with no shooting at all. The final time, having equipped and loaded it, i was on a trek and went to use it .... nothing , checked , no leather quiver present.
Has anyone else had this issue?? It is a major problem for many reasons.
-leather quivers are very expensive mid game items.
-gun ammo usage way up and not enough to handle bandit visits later
-miss out on allot of free an'easy infected kills and the great items they carry.
-this effectively ended the first 2 games ; it just happened in my third game, which is why i wrote this.
-major loss of enjoyment.

i lost basic quiver and tactical quiver many more arrows too

The same happened to me short while ago .Made a leather quiver and arrows. Equiped as per tutorial and saw that the quiver and arrows were equiped. Took a couple of practice shots. The next morning the quiver and arrows were gone from the equipment slot , nowhere to be found.

Same here. Tactical quiver that was equipped, disappeared. Reloaded a save to get it back, kept it in my inventory this time, to see if it would stay, but then it disappeared again. With all the 24 arrows in it.

The bug is if you have 2 quivers one on you and one in your inventory the one in your bag will over write the one equipped to you.

Nope, not necessary to have 2. I never had two at the same time. but I am sure it happens then to. I have now lost about 12 canvas quivers and have only 18 sowing kits left from about 40.

For me equiped quivers disappear when I sleep and when the mist comes ( lost 5 so far), I haven't had one disappear from my backpack yet.

You can say nope but this is what is happening to me. Now I did assume it was the same for you and that is my bad. However it doesn't change the fact that two quivers will also overwrite in certain ways I have seen it and can get it to do it anytime.
