Food Poisoning just plain BROKE

Occurs randomly, safe water direct from the purifier or from a replaced barrel. Use antibiotics no change in length of treatment. Food poisoning from a fall ??? Dried meat now becomes raw meat even though it shows as safe to eat. So much for the need for salt. I spend my days sleeping to get health back to normal, which makes the game boring. Food poisoning is broke

Why? I once had food poisoning and to this day I'm not sure if it was salmon or a burgerking whopper. Needless to say that was the first and last time I ate a whopper and since then I think I know hy they are called that. :D

All I'm sure of is that you get food poisoning hours after you eat some unhealthy food or drink dirty water.

The game is in early access, surprisingly i haven't met as many bugs as others have. If you eat or drink something unsafe it usually takes up to 4 hours in-game time for the game to tell you. You don't get food poisoning from a fall as much as you don't get a sprained ankle for burning a log. Bleeding, open or closed wounds, sprained ankles, those you will get notified about immediately, food poisoning however takes time because your stomach needs to digest the bad thing you ate. If you eat something bad you don't go '' oh ♥♥♥♥ '' a second later.

I seem to get food poisoning randomly. I've only used canned food and soda for drinks. However, if you harvest an animal, you seem to get poisoned. If you walk by a dead animal, like you shoot a bear, you get poisoned, so the mechanic is broken and not only giving you the buff when supposed to.

Well, I would assume that there is still a possibility to get food poisoning from canned foods. Maybe there is a percentage based on the type of food and what the current condition is?

TBH, I can't recall the last time I got it. Maybe because all I really consume is "Well Done" food and "Safe" water?

it's funny cause all i consume is "safe" water and "welldone"foods at this point, but i have spent everyday since i started this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game food poisoned

There is a known issue where if you are not fully healed and save the game; the next time you play it seems to reset the healing time. Have you saved a game where you are 100% healed?
