But then, I wouldn't let a 6 yr old play Mist.
Also have some people with disabilities that simply cannot articulate their fingers at the speed and accuracy of the average person and need to tweak some things just to play.
But just stuffing your inventory with unlimited amounts of any item you want... I don't understand the fun in that.
Hmm what other buildings need materials? I build everything else just fine only C.blocks are lacking, since i've looted all Concrete Blocks so need ~15 more but i don't want to Loot Refresh as i'm only on day 50, might do one around 100-150 days in.
Oh remembered, there is a pile of them but we can't use or take because the Construction Site area is WIP still.
garage = concrete blocks
large scale buildings = building a massive base
Yeppers, even though I could care less about upgrading the SUV... it would be nice if the massive piles of blocks and logs actually had blocks and logs 😆
There are some concrete blocks that respawn at one of the 4 shops near Old West Town.
As for cheats, if you have to resort to cheats for an easy game like Mist, then this is not the game for you or you are just lazy to put the grind in. Bears, wolves, zombies, seekers and bandits are simple to deal with. Beserker is easy once you find the best method to beat him. The other boss I have not attempted yet, but from what I have seen on videos, he either kills you, or you get him down to a certain point and he vanishes. Personally, if you cheat regardless if single player game or not, you should be banned. It takes away from the time, effort and achievement a non cheating player reaches.
Someone touched on an idea if players could attack other players and raid their bases. So much would have to be changed to make a base worth while building. Currently, you destroy a single wall on a buildable structure (ex/ Hunting Cabin C) and the entire thing is gone not just the wall. As for the walls you build around your base, they are like 5 to 6 hits with a sledge hammer, just need to get through one to access buildings. Base raiding would destroy this game without major changes on items for attack and defense.
Currently with the game being single player, how big of a base does one need really? Myself, I'm using an existing house, Hunting Cabin C, Tuning Garage and Small Hunting Cabin. All benches built aside from furnace since Blacksmith Place already has one. Two large fridges, a generator which covers the lighting for all 3 buildings (nearly 20 lights). For lockers I'm around 35 to 40 (about 70/30 split security/small). Two log storage sheds and a log cart. A single fish pond (this is enough when considering supply of meat and canned food). Three Tanning Racks, a drying rack, water tower, water storage container. Still have plenty of open space for garden and chicken stuff if I choose to get into these.
Another issue for me is that security lockers use twice the material, plus a gear, and take up more space than typical lockers. I just can't bring myself to build more than a few. Mostly for modded guns and such.
Yes same for myself, vehicles have respawning loot after refreshing. Any other type of container, once fully looted remains empty.
The Co-op idiots will make this game a massive success and keep it relevant.
Personally im not against Co-op, but in this type of game i feel like Co-op would make things a lot more different, for example Mist uses Time of Day as a form of Currency for completing actions, How does one do Co-op when everytime somebody eats a blueberry enemies fly by 3 minutes forward!
Im just not seeing that happenining very easily, the dev will either get rid of the Time actions and instead change it to Stat depletion maybe? i just feel like it would very much a lot of work for the devs to do.
P.S. if the Dev somehow DOES add coop, Please for the love of anything Good in this world dont form an angry mob demanding pvp and raiding, there are tons of games out there that are literally Rust Copies, and Mist is one of the few ive seen feel kinda original to everything.
This is the real problem.
Many people, perhaps too many people, only manage to give their worst in games; I hope they don't do it in life too.
To answer OP; I found I could get 8-10 blocks & concrete bags each trip, and I think I waited like 2 - 3 in game days before a trip.
p.s. You can also find blocks & concrete bags at farms.
