I Know and person who contributed in HYO launched The infected, which has option to turn off zombies and it is one of my fav.
As for other games, 'subsistence' is much like mist but focuses on ai hunters that move in near your base and gradually build their own settlements, eventually raiding the player every 3 days or so. Haven't kept up with it lately so i don't know how advanced its become.
Yes Buddy, I have played substistance when he introduced underwater caves on the server. Its a nice game, sometimes grindy but had fun. Same here, have not kept up lately. But changed animation of chopping trees, fishing, access to caved during winter (By making hole in the ice)are some latest updates. I would love to see and play mist and compare it with others
Also, you completely control when you have the chance to be attacked. Not that difficult. Take away the infected and its not really a survival game now is it? Its just another hunting/PVE game. The only way that could be a survival game is if he brings back bandit raids.
Hold Your Own is another dead game.
xDDD HYO > Can build base & ennemy are very sh!t... & mostly, the game is dead, so...
