Where to find Spark Plugs

Been looking everywhere through mil checkpoint, the barns, houses, cars, gas stations and breaking the cars with an axe for the salvage and none are spawning, any ideas?

I found my 5 spark plugs in cars. They are really rare, look in every car - maby it´s random. Good luck!

Destroy cars or caravans (these which are not lootable) with the Axe. Not every time, but often they drop Spark Plugs and Batteries then.

^Initially you can use the axe, but you are better off using a sledgehammer for this task as hacking away at cars with the axe will consume its durability very fast.

To build a sledgehammer, you'll need to construct or find a blacksmith's forge, and be prepared to spend a bit of time saving and reloading in the mine to get enough iron ores as well. The sledgehammer will lose 0.1% durability with several swings, and you can also use it to hit trees to get a few leaves for making more ropes.

Once you have a sledgehammer, save your axes for cutting down trees.

Ya i got a suitcase full of them from reloading cars and using the sledge. I've gotten batteries, spark plugs, 1 wheel , NO ENGINES yet. And I've smashed over 100 cars.

i have yet to find any spark plugs yet lol iv looked in every car, and iv salvaged every white car and trailer iv seen and still no spark plugs...thats all i need to is spark plugs lol

If you check in the garage a little down the street from the motel, you may be able to find an engine there.

You may want to try salvaging all of the cars you can't interact with. If a durability bar shows up when you hit it with an axe or sledgehammer, it can be broken up.

When you destroy the trailers, note that they will occasionally drop gears/cog wheels that are essential for upgrading certain items like the workbench and reloading bench.

OK I am unable to destroy cars, how else does one get sprakplugs

In the beta 0.6.0 I had to search a lot of vehicles before finding everything I needed to get the trust fully built. I really do need to reset my save and try again after last Sundays patch.
