guys how to find gear?

the thing is very rare + hard to find. Is there anyway i can craft gear?

You can craft gears in a forge. Melt some scrap iron for metal bars and turn them to gears. Alternativeley you can find a lot in the city or rural areas.

I see no such thing in MIST called a forge... I am guessing you mean "Blacksmith Place"?

The blacksmith station has a built in forge but you can also build a forge alone by itself. The developer calls it a furnace but forge is the proper name. Also, that post is over 4 years old.
