water purifaction?

I'm having the same issue I can't figure out how to take pure water from the cooking pot

I only see 2 recipes when using the cooking pot. Nothing about making water drinkable. I tried it as well.

I couldn't get the cooking pot to work, I had to make the DIY water purifier. It can purify 16L in one session, it also gives it to you in 2L bottles, no need to have them in hand.

Cooking pot wont purify water for you to drink. you have to use the water purifier and it will make water bottles for you. As far as the cooking pot goes it is just for the food recipes and rendering animal fat into bio-fuel. Hope that helps.

To add to this... the water purifier magically produces bottled water. You end up with piles of empty plastic water bottles everywhere. There should be something we can do with empty bottles that destroys them. Maybe recycle, burn to produce plastic or ash, make molotovs, something.

yes i figured it out, campfire does not purify water, though it should, you have to make the water distillery...and yes trash is an issue, cant seem to skin chicken/rats...the chicken looks like a rabbit..!! lol, just thinking, maybe my knife was too wore out, will test it again.
