Help in finding survivor

Hello guys, I have cleared the bandit camps near the opposite of the motel and the bandit camp at the end of the main road which has tall tower and collapsed tunnel. I still can’t find any Survivor. Help please. Tell me where should I find the npc if I am coming out of the motel.

There are 3 camps so 3 NPCs, go find them it is not hard.

They are typically in a locked room, or cage. However at this point, there is no reason to rescue them as they don't do anything to be helpful.

when you follow the road, you can find 2 of them, when you are at the t splitting go up the hill you will see a fence from far, the is 1 camp with npc, following the road more it looks like it and in a camp with a big light mast, follow the road to the right you will find another camp with npc after a long walk
the 3t 1 is somewhere behind a hill, find the wooden cabines 3-4 close togheter, behind a hill is it, those camps are easy to spot all have a kink of metal fence around it

but be warned the npc's are a pain to mantain the drink and eat like reavers, and don't attack bandits
those will spam everytime near your base, its a big bug, stil not sorted out

I've rescued Rachel and she is constantly out of food/water and health is always very low making me think that if she stubs her toe she'll die. I've tried using her to craft stuff for me but most of the time she won't do anything. She doesn't fight, doesn't craft, doesn't gather anything, so I feel that its a waste of time and resources to rescue them right now. In the future, if they get fixed and are actually useful, then I could see rescuing them, but now, not worth while.

yes me too they have 0 water/food, and low health but they are walking, they shot the zombies when there is the mist, they if i assign them.

yea when looking at her in a angle you can see it, you also can see she have haf a body :D

hmmm since 1.4, my NPCs don't shot the zombies anymore :(
