Which items should I mutate to get the best result?

Like it seems like the order you choose to unlock mutations and how much you spend it super important, but I can't figure out what the smart order is. Help!

I would go with mutate gen until it is at 100% so every time you upgrade your hatchery and territory you get more DNA points instead of the 20% chance thing. After that i am unsure i guess guess which one you think will be best?
