I think this level needs more task variety.
I liked putting the signs up as a task.
the toilets haven't got a placement task which seems like a missed opportunity considering they're otherwise empty.
putting the furniture and plants in the vendor areas felt tedious after placement everywhere else, if you removed those four rooms placement task and replaced it with graffiti on the new glass windows it would add variety and remove the tedious task.
the trains that are parked at the station could have been parked there and could require repairs, it seems like a missed opportunity.
I wanted to be able to destroy the crates after I had finished placing the signs but couldn't, again missed opportunity.

another thing, in Gemtown you get to replace a missing sleeper with your wrench but that mechanic never shows up again... I think half a dozen sleepers missing at a new station would be a good addition to the variety of tasks for Limingham

It's a brand new station. I'm assuming they're not going to let vandals have any access to it before they've finished all the work on it, that's what security guards are for. But I hear you on the crates, but you can't put a dumpster down, so that's probably why they didn't make that an option.

my thought process on the grafitti was that any and every construction site ever has to deal with vandalism.
as for the crates, if each crate only produces 48% garbage then your bar will fill up but not produce a garbage bag

On that station I've placed the main sign but it still tells me to place it before I can remove the scaffolding. Also I've placed the content of both crates yet my objective is still place signs.

I've done everything on that station and furnished everywhere yet it still says furnish the station and I'm stuck on 96%

I had almost finished Limingham, had done all the checklist items plus furnished all but two of the actual train platforms, saved my game and exited because I needed a break, when I went back later I had only two of the checklist items completed, it keeps saying to install the sign, which was already completed and even if I wanted to re-hang it there is no longer a scaffold to do so with. I put a lot of time into that level and now I can't even complete the thing. So, frustrating! It would be nice to be able to fix it without having to go all the way back to the beginning of the game.

the workaround I've heard of is to build a staircase out of items you can place so you can reach it
