Insert the Fuse _HighlandTunnel Mission

Having difficulty finding the fuses for this mission, Is it glitched? Anyone have ideas? Please and thank you

Fuse box has sparks coming from it or it glows and looks like wires need re-wiring. It is located in one of the Offices that are in one of the many adjoining rooms through out the tunnel. Keep checking out the recessed areas for other rooms. I think you just fix fix the fuse part.

Thanks I had figured it out! very confusing. I was looking for wires and fuses on the ground everywhere! I couldnt find anything. Little did I know it was as easy as going to the box and just plugging them in lol thanks!
