Farmley station
I've completed 95% of this station but it won't let me fix the remaining parts like the step on the train and the luggage holders inside the train any ideas anyone ??

Hello wonnacott.darren,

Sounds like bug, sorry. :(

We are working on restarting lvl option, so you will be able to complete Farmley in 100%.

Don't hold your breath @wonnacott.darren, they've been working on that proposed level restart for so long now I've lost track of time. I got stuck on Farmley the same as you are and haven't been able to do anything on the game for near two moths now. Total disaster!!!

That's true. It took more time that we expected. Sorry john.h.cox I hope they will finish it soon :[

I read that the bug only occurs after fixing the clock. So I will try to renovate everything first and do the clock in the end.

Not sure that's actually true "rayofwakefield" but it's worth a try if you can restart the level. I've totally given up on this game and will definitely avoid anything this dev/company produce in the future. I feel totally conned by them but they have my money and I have a useless bit of trash that I've been unable to play for a good three months now.

john.h.cox your situation is tough. I know and remember your case, so sorry :[

Two days ago I was in our new office and push hard on this topic, actually spoking about your case as an example. Devs team promise me to release this restart level option within a week. Monday/Tuesday it should be ready.

Thanks "Angella" but I really don't think that I'll be bothering to try again as the amount of time it's taken to produce this patch has become nothing short ridiculous. I'll just put it down to a bad experience and as I said make sure that I steer well away from any of your companies games in the future. Best wishes.

Agreed. Raised this issue on 6th of May. Spent a lot of my own time trying suggestions and providing feedback to help resolve it. The payback for that effort and patience?

2-3 months and no bug fix.
The only solution to which has been suggested is a level restart, which hasn't been done either.
This discussion group always has a Farmley thread in it with the same issue and platitudes.
The Developer live streaming their other game in development.

This is, sadly, rubbish.

The game is a mess and the dev's should be truly ashamed of themselves for not sorting it out by now. How can they even think about another game release while this situation exists with their current one, who could possibly trust them? Thank you "Sockdog" for your support and I'm certain that many others feel the same way.

Yeah, it should be solved earlier. :(

Due to COVID and new office we've got a mess. It doesn't justify us of course.
I'm really sorry that you have waited for so long. I'm just hoping that in next week this restart level option will help everyone like you who have been waiting for months.

I have the same exact issue as John and I'm in full agreement. Angella, you can pass on to your developers that developing new stations, new games, and live streaming themselves playing send us the message that they don't care about fixing what's broken for those that have already paid. I'm unable to get a refund (played 20 hours), so like John, I'll chalk it up to a learning experience about any games you put out.

So sorry, I know it's very frustrating :(

You know it's a big company. Almost every game is made by another team. Programmers from Train Station team were working on these bugs, so I went to graphic designers to see what they are doing. When I saw concept arts I thought that would be nice to showed you some of their work.

They care, you can trust me with this. I'm 2,5 months with them and I never seen so devoted company who wanna make good games. I will let you know as soon as they finished the update.

What's the saying "action speaks louder than words" and unfortunately we've seen absolutely no meaningful action at all in the last three months. I'm fed up with all the excuses and apologies, I wasted my cash on this game but I won't let it happen again with your lot!!

Yeah, sadly any update they released didn't fix up this critical bug you have :(

Steam doesn't allow you to return the game? I mean is it possible for you to get your money back?
