Nope, none at all. The game might have been abandoned by the dev, or he might have died, or he might update it tomorrow and leave us all speechless... I learned to stop expecting anything.

Part of me really wants to know what's on them, but after reading "Ring", it might not be a good idea in the end.

Is anything else not working or broken that hasn't been fixed? Or were we never able to look at those tapes to begin with? I can't remember. I have it on GOG but never touched it since 1.01 dropped.

they were always in game and never did anything. it was promised they'd be functional by 1.0 along with scenario mode

Ah okay gotcha, I never kept up with the news or anything but that's a shame. I was hoping they would continue to add to it though, but here's hoping they pop back up at some point and deliver, hopefully.

Probably never. The dev dumped the "completed" 1.0 release promised more updates then dipped. Frankly I feel conned.

The usual Early Access Shenanigans. This game is more complete than others so it's not as annoying; but the actual update didn't really help anything.
