Edit: Found out how to do it! I'll use some mods I got as examples. Also, "Your name" can refer to whatever you've named your PC account.
1: Download your selected mod(s).
2: Go to Steam/Steamapps/Common/Workshop/Content.
3: Look through the folders (They'll have numbers) until you find the one that corresponds with World of Horror. (For me, that number was 913740) When you find the right folder, you'll be met with more folders labeled with numbers. Search them and you'll find one of three things: Characters, Mysteries and Events.
4: bring up another window and head to C drive in this order: ThisPC/Windows (C:)/Users/Your name/AppData/Local/wohgame. Once inside the wohgame folder, create these separate folders: Character, Custom and Mystery.
5: For characters, say you download the Hunter from Bloodborne, but you'll need to dig through your number folders to find him. When you find the correct contents, it'll look like this: char_hunter (A folder) and character_hunter.ito (A file). Select both, copy and paste them in the Character folder.
6: For custom mysteries, say you get Beastly brochure of a bloody bathhouse, look through the folders until you find woh_mystery_onson and woh_mystery_onson.ito, which you'll copy and paste into Mystery.
7: Finally, say you get the Fear & Hunger Crow Mauler event, look until you find taiga_files and strange basement.ito, which you'll copy and paste into Custom.
Afterwards, fire up the game and start with the character select screen. If your custom character shows up in the selection, it works! Also ensure that your custom mystery and event works when playing. If it all appears, you've done it correctly. Hope this helps! ^^
