Shiokawa School Boss?

I just had to close the whole game because I was stuck at this boss. Does anyone know how to beat it? I couldn't attack because both punches and the branch wouldn't work, I didn't find anything else I could do or interact with in the fighting screen and the bows and claps didn't work. I tried to wait for it to kill me with Doom and get it over with but NOPE it just said END but nothing would happen until the fight was over, so I was stuck. Does anyone know what I was missing?

ghost enemies are different you have to combine claps and bows in a specific order to exorcise the ghost

If you talk about the gigantic boss of the new case (and not the scissor woman of Timeline B), you need to select the action "Attack the Teacher/Master". After few turns doing that the boss should die.

I did the whole claps and bows ritual and it said that this enemy was different and this didn't work.

Damn, I looked through all the options and didn't find this one, thank you very much :). I'll try next time that I find this mistery.

You can keep picking up branches/bottles and throw them over and over until it dies, though I don't think this is the intended way to fight it

Should be the top leftmost option under the attacks page. Not sure if it starts as available or only shows up when you try to attack or clap/bow once and it doesn't work. It is a bit faded so it's kinda easy to mistake it for an 'unavailable' option.

Yeah, just had the same problem. Pinned comment is correct, but to clarify:
Another option will open in the Offensive Actions tab. Beside Kick, or whatever your weaponless hand attack is, is the new option of Attack the Teacher. It's hard to see, so I don't blame ya if you don't notice it. Hope this helps!
