It is possible to find people to play with. I've been on and off the past couple of weeks and there seems to be a server with ~30 people on and then a few others will 4-10. It seems most people play in organised groups at certain times. I've recently been playing with the guys at SimHQ and has been fun, but there are most likely other groups out there.

If you have played Arma 2 and it's WWII mods (invasion 44 and Hell in the Pacific) and enjoyed them, you may as ell give this game a look at.

There was a large delay in the most recent patch, which caused a lot of players to leave. However the Devs seem to be back on track in getting patches out as well as a D-Day DLc this week.

I regret buying this game, I try out the first single player mission for germany and its like playing a game on N64, its completely predictable. Even that, theres literally no American servers with ANYONE on, and theres maybe one server with 20 people and its like 2000ping for me.

I've been waiting for the price drop and now i'm downloading it. I will be playing on line. I spent quite a while getting ARMA II set up along with all the mods and teamspeak etc. and the WWII action is pretty sparse on those servers. The zombie Mod is what most are playing. I've read the aircraft are better in Iron Front. See you out there

if they push that patch and dlc soon, i might pick it up, but they only have about 2 days till i ignore it again.

is that steam as well? because from what I know the 1.04 patch still isn't steam (of course, that info is coming from these discussion threads, so it may be off.
