Alcoholic Self healer??

So when ever I use a Med Kit my toon automaticly equips any Alcohol I may have in my inventory! It does not replace anything on my weapon tree with Alcohol, it just puts the bottle in my hand. If I don't have any Alcohol in my inventory then I am left empty handed with no Weopon after using a med kit. This is EXTREMLY depramental to game play, in the middle of fiending off Zompies, go to heal and my weopon is replaced by a bottle of booze, the next thing I know my life is all gone again and I am Drunk because instead of swinging a weopon, I am Boozing it up!!!.. HOW DO I STOP MY TOON FROM GOING STRAIT TO THE BOTTTLE AFTER HEALING??? How do I keep my weapon in my hand after I use a med kit?.. (SIngle Player mode, Ninja Girl, Haven't tryed Co-op or other toons)

That happened to me a few times. That is why I don't equip my medkit. I push "H" to health then press "quick inventory" for my next weapon. Some time you can't change weapon. For example, when you pick up a propane tank and toss it, you will automatically get a gun in hand to blow it up. Once the gun is in your hand, you can't change weapon. The only way is to enter in your inventory and place any weapon in your 18 inventory list and assign it to your weapon wheel.

You never want to be surrounded by zombies. That is an automatic death, especially when surrounded by those fast bastards "Infected". Their screams alone hurt my ears. Especially dangerous in multiplayers mode when you're attacked even whenyou are in your inventory mode. In single player mode, the game pause once you enter into your inventory and no zombies attack you.

Only Logan get self-healing when drunk. I find that if you grab a snack or drink a soda, the drunkiness wear off almost immediately.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I wasn't clear.. I AM using the Heal button (I am NOT equiping the Med kit in a Quick inv slot and I do Not equip the Alcohal ever, quick slot or other wise)... But Every Time I use the quick Heal button the game takes me strait to the booze in hand after the shot.

Some times (If I hit the attack button before the heal shot graphic has time to go all the way) I won't even get the shot, I don't even heal at all, I just go strait to drinking Booze!! (or strait to Punching if I don't have any Alcohal in my inventory).

Again, I don't have Alcohal or Med kits equiped in my weapon tree, and EVERY time I use the heal button I automaticly equip Booze if I have any, otherwise it go to fist if dont' have any booze and I have to Re-Equip a weopon from my tree...

I get the Gun glitch when I toss a propane tank too. I switch to a melee and throw that to blow it up (why do they think I want to waste bullets?)

In that case, your best bet of avoid the booze is to not have any alcohol in your inventory. That way, pressing H will call the medkit.

I believe when you press H, it looks into your inventory for any healing items. Since alcohol is listed above medkit, that is probably what is causing your problem. Yes, alcohol is a healing item. Very common problem for Hero: Logan (he is an alcoholic LOL :D).
