Making weapons unbreakable is very, very easy. All that is needed is to remove/delete weapon.degration (or something of the like).

Why do you want to make unbreakable weapons? If the cost of repairing is too much for you then just get a better looting mod. I made my own where at level 40 zombies/infected give me between 1500-2500 and thugs about 3k to 10k

It isn't the repairing I guess, but the fact that some weapons are worthless after a couple of swings.

True but weapons are abundant in this game plus that's why there are skills that make them last longer.
