[FIX] Stuck on Eternal Loading Screens

I had this problem, and poked around until I found the resolution and it worked for me. If you run into it, then the fix is simple:

Go to your documents:
open DeadIsland
open Out
open Logs
Right Click "Crash"
Select Properties
Enable Check-Box for "Read Only"

Solved!

Worked like a charm! It has resolved my issue "Stuck at Loading Resort".

That crash log is full of

WARN: [CMaterialMgr::_LoadMaterial] Cannot load material 'woman_a_body_h_ves_fury&0003.mat' - using default!

and stuff like that.
