[Solved] Did I get the GotY edition?
I prepurchased the Dead Island Riptide game, which is said to include the Game of the Year edition of Dead Island.

My library tells me I have "Dead Island", but there is no mention of a "Game of the Year Edition" in its title (which I know is common practice for these editions).

I DO have the DLC that are included in the GotY (Bloodbath, Ripper_2.0 and Ryder White DLC).

Is there a difference between Dead Island + All the DLC, and Dead Island GotY? If there isn't then I got what I purchased, otherwise I'd like to know what exactly I didn't get so I can contact support. I want to doublecheck this, is all. :)

Input is appreciated, thanks!

GotY is exactly that. Base game, Bloodbath, Ripper, and Ryder White.

Thanks. :) I was confused because I can still purhcase the GotY for myself (which is usually not an option if you already own that particular game), so that confused me a little more than it should have. Glad to know I did get what I was promised!

I see you've marked as solved but I'd just like to add something from my experience: sometimes GoTY or bundles will be in different format during sales and such (though not that often) usually just check the DLC tab and individual contents, sometimes it says you can still buy it but that's more Steam's problem. As long as the things are listed in your library and/or DLC tab then you're good to go!
