anyone know what the best and fastest way to level up(max level) is?

Just play the game, by that I mean do lots of easy side quests to get xp and cash, get lots of headshots, collect lots of items, find weapon mod blueprints and create them.

Theres also some tips, tricks and mods that can be found on the web.

a way to level fast :
go to the hotel, in the hotel there is a kitchen, there you will find champagne. Collect the champagne.
Then change to singleplayer and dup the champagne untill you have 200 bottles.
Now travel to Svetlana (down at the beach) and give all the champagne to her , so you bring your char to lvl 30 fast.
more then 30 is to much work ^^
Then finish the story and play it again, on the second run you will get much more points for the quests.
