Problem in Coop. "You now play alone"
Hello,
I can't play with other people. When I join a lobby I get disconnected after a few minutes. After the disconnect the message "You now play alone"
When I invite friends, their games are crashed after a few minutes and I have message "You now play alone" again
How to fix this problem?

the first thing you need to do is check your internet speed, make sure your internet is as fast as possible, because if you have a slow internet and you are the host of the game, either you or your friend will get disconnected...if your internet is fast and you still get this "you now play alone" message, then maybe its your laptop or computer's problem,or its just your game's problem, that one i don't know what to do

Download Speed 2 mbs. I played many multiplayer games (Battlefield 3, Survarium, Warface, Killing floor) and I don't have any problems.
Can you invite me to the game?

if you have no problems with other games, that means it could be the problem with dead island itself,so try to verify game cache,or try to install the game again...my download speed is about 40mbs

I wrote in techsupport and that's what they me have answered:

Dear Dima,

please try hard wiring your PC (by plugging in an Ethernet cable), this might do the trick.

In most comparable cases a sudden deterioration of the Wi-Fi connection has been the source of such problems.
The speed of a Wi-Fi connection usually fluctuates and when it drops, the game might kick somebody out. While hard wired, the connection speed stays more consistent which should result in no lags and no drops.

In other cases constancy in the bandwidth has been the culprit. Replacing old Cat5e or unmarked cables with Cat6 cables solved the problem.

Best regards
