What does Alcohol do?

I thought it was a healer since its icon seemed so, but when I drink it, nothing happens except getting drunk.

And a quest item. Some ongoing quests require you to have alcohol.

If you're Logan you can get a skill wich allows to add a HP regeneration to alcohol (sorry for my bad english xD)

allows you to make molotovs, they are quest items too

and playing with logan you can do more damage when drunk

As people have mentioned..

Alchohol is a quest item and an ingredient for making Molotovs when u get the recipe.
It's only useful as a consumable when you're Logan. He has 2 skills on his Survivability Tree that works if your drunk. One increases Damage while Drunk and the other adds Health Regen boost while drunk.

With any Char you can drink it til your drunk and passed out on the floor and you will get hp regen ( around 4-5 bottles will make you pass out ), just dont do it when enemys are around.

Helpful i guess if you dont have any medkits or food items to hand.
