does bugalow 26 exists?

i did the insulin mission and in the radio the guy says he needs help at bugalow 26.. i can't find it and i can't find much info in the internet... some people say its a bug...

ok, i emailed deep silver which they replied with this:

Bungalow 26 doesn't exist, this was a small glitch which went unnoticed during testing and now still confuses players. But it's nothing to really worry about, you can just ignore the message.

I've completed that quest so it isn't absolutely undoable. I was checking bungalows on the way somewhere when I found him. I think it was in the upper-right end of the map.

Have you flagged that quest? I've read that sometimes you have exit the map and re-access it for the quest flags to show up.

There's a guy gives you a machete down in the beach bungalows on stilts maybe that's it.

Any time there're zombies swarming a bungalow there's someone needs rescuing.

500+ hrs in but I don't really pay attention to bungalow addresses sorry.

the quest doesn't appear in your quest log, you hear it in the radio the guy is at bugalow 26 and needed for help
it's omar, the guys name is omar, i think it is the same that you help with insuline..
not sure if it's a glitch or something, but says bugalow 26...

edit: Omar was in bungalow 17 and max I've found was 20

really weird, very likely it was suposed to be one during development since they had the trouble of give this script to the voice actor... but they dropped off the mission..

I'm using the non-definitive Dead Island and the quest works. I found the brother with the insulin and later found the brother needing it. Maybe it was removed in the Definitive edition?

this happens after you deliver the insulin.
you can hear in the radio omar asking for help in bugalow 26, posted a screenshot in my previous reply and emailed deep silver which they confirmed to be a bug.

Oh, sorry. I thought the issue was in finding the brother needing the insulin.

its someone you rescue not a quest,after the rescue,the radiio will still keep playing the same message(maybe a bug who knows),as for where is it,I don't remember,but don't think too much about it yeah,just enjoy the game :D

Omar is in bungalow 17, it will not show in your quest tracker, you'll have to find it by looking at the bungalow numbers on the side of them ( its the ones near the main hotel ), the quest is to help Omar get some money back from someone that owed him and then help him reach the life guards place, the quest reward is a revolver.

The first quest he gives you is called " hit and run " the second quest is called " Omar escort "

Ok, in the Original, Omar is not the same guy as the guy needing Insulin, those are two different radio messages.

Hudson seems to have already answered most of the question, sorry didn't read it earlier. Still I'll keep my post up, in case, as background.

I know I've always been able to find the Insulin quest, where he is trying to get his brother Luke to help him get it, before. I'll be doing it soon again.

But I believe in the original he says Bungalow 20. Omar is about 26, but that is not the Insulin quest. Omar, wants help, but I think it is for something else, but it has been years since I played the game until yesterday where I am beginning again. I heard Omar's radio message, it is not about the insulin. I believe Omar will be fighting a zombie and he may have a cool weapon on him.

Remember, Omar, if you think about it, is concerned about a threat, so he likely moves around from the time of the radio request.

The Definitive Version has more bugs though.
