Vive owner - Vive wands not recognized?

Hey Devs, long term Vive owner here. What's up with the game not responding to menu selections via the Vive wands? First game to have this issue. Will need to refund if it's not sorted out quickly. Please advise.

Also, as others have noted, the monitor prompt for monitor resolution needs an option to turn that off for those who are only playing this game via VR.
