If you, as a test, create a new Windows Admin account (you can remove it after), does it then install and work under your main profile?

Its working now.
i reinstalled Groupy in C drive and boom it worked

[MagnumPCI]

Our software ALWAYS needs to be in C:\Program Files (x86)\.
