Notice in the screen shot those are both large shelves. One showing a capacity of 3, the other a capacity of 15. When I only had the one,(bottom left side one) my max was 3 in storage. When I added the other, now I have a max of 18. This makes no sense.
Prolly you have slots reserved for another item in your shelf; if you lower that bandwidth and increase the bandwidth of the product you actually want in there it shouldn't be a problem.
Either way, I find the drag-and-pull method (as I described above) easier to create more bandwith than through the logistic system. That's the thing about this game - I learn more by just trying things out. Still trying to find another way to decrease bandwith. With that, the logistic system seems the easiest thus far.
