But this is the reason, Devs go into EA^^
These things are ok for now... they will work on it to get better and better! (I hope so^^)
In the logistics view you need to make sure that your purchased materials are either being delivered by a logistics point employee to a shelf (as a buffer) for your tinkering employee to then pick up or so that your tinkering employee can get them from the Incoming Zone.
Also take note that the shelves that Logistics Employees need to "pick up" from have to be in their logistics point area, the shelves that have employees "drop off" intermediate parts and raw resources do not need to be in the logistics point area.
I don't understand the economy aspect nor the gameplay mechanics, besides that it crashes a lot for me.
In logistical mode:
* Drag the icon of the incoming goods zone to the tinkering table (be sure to also drag the icon of the tinkering table to your outgoing goods zone OR a shelf). This works the same for shelves (drag the icon of the shelf to the tinkering table
* Click on the icon for the tinkering table and the incoming goods zone. This will open the content of those items in question. Now drag the icon of the material (on the incoming goods zone) to the icon on the tinkering table (repeat for all NEEDED materials) then use the same method to drag the produced item to a shelf (or the outgoing goods pallet)
remember, DIRECTION MATTERS !!
with this I mean that if you drag from the tinkering table TO the incoming goods pallet it won't work...but it WILL the other way around (from the pallet to the tinkering table). The reason for this is shown in level 2 of the campaign where they have stations that have their own shelf of raw resources but ALSO put the finished product of that station back on the same shelf...
In order to do this:
* Place a station
* Place a shelf close to it that has enough room to house both the raw materials as well as the finished product
* In logistics mode click pallet, shelf and station. Drag one of the empty +'s on the shelf to the tinkering table and do this for all resources needed.
* Drag the icon of the finished product back to the same shelf
* Drag resources from the incoming goods pallet to the icons on the shelf with a red ! Do this until all !'s are gone, you will be left with the finished product displaying a ! becase it has nowhere to go
* Repeat this process with those shelfs and assembly stations OR
* Use logistical zones to collect all those finished products to a central shelf and let your assemblies grab from a (centralized) point
