Stupid maids and slacking maintenance men

Why do the maids clean hotel rooms so stupidly? They should clean 1 floor at a time in a row. Instead they clean the first room on each floor then the second and so on. It takes them much longer to clean a hotel than it should.

The maintenance men are slackers and barely do anything. They also need to prioritze things based on importance. I waste so much money renovating stuff because they're slacking off or repair unimportant stuff first. " The server room is down and all the offices are closing? Ok let me repair all these parking spots first...."

Also the laundromat doesn't work. It gets no customers.

I just had this experience: I installed an employee lift for my hotel section, it went from leaving one room uncleaned at the end of the day to having 5 rooms uncleaned, WTF? Hope this info helps some how.

You are an awesome Dev, and I really appreciate that you are active in trying to make the best game you can, I only bought this game because I love Mad Game Tycoon and wanted to continue to support your efforts, Keep up the good work.

In fact the maintenance arent only slacker. They just take longuest route to go where they need to go.

I've deleted my employe elevator cause the maintenance guys tough it would be faster to go all the way to the end of the building to go down 1 level with elevator. he still refuse to take the stair and use other elevator instead.
Then come all the way back to fix a thing that was just under him 1 floor with a stair next to where he was.

In other word, they priorize elevator even if it will take them X10 the time to use stair.
They do not use fastest route at all.
They should also fix whats next to them instead to go 10 floor up/down then come back to where he was.
Unless.... like you've mentioned... something critical break.

It could also be great to give us the option to select what we want them to priorize in the future. :)
