Seriously though are you for reals?
Heres what I have learned. It aint a perfect but it allows me to compete. Think of Table as Football Field (either version, depending on country of origin). 50% will get you from one end to another, you need to add 10% for every 5 inches you want the ball hit by the cue. Minus 1% for every 5 degrees of angle you want the target ball to go.
Actually don't follow any of this. I flunked math in high school multiple times. Anything after fractions and Decimals I just phased out.
My Favourite is when they break and continue to hit balls in and then Scratch the 8 Ball (early or at the end) and then accuse me of cheating......Yeah, I stood here....I didn't even watch after you sank the first 3-4.
