Editing the save to make the game easier or harder!
Saves are loacated in AppData\LocalLow\MARDONPOL\TechCorp\SaveFiles
data.tcorp is the main file and is a plain text file that can be opened in notepad or (a better option) wordpad. All of these modifications only effect the save you are editing, so changing things will not effect other saves or new games.

Changing worker pay, search for "salary": and change it to any value you want. 0 for free, or more expensive if you want more of a challenge. You will need to do this for EACH employee.

Editing your rent. Want to make believe that you bought the building and have no rent? Think rent is too cheap? Search for and change the line "rent": to any number you want, 0 will make you have no rent

Edit reputation, Change the line "reputation":
Edit fans, change the line "fans":
Use any number you want to add or remove fans or reputation.

Whole map lock or unlock. Look for the line "unlockedMap": followed by a bunch of falses and a true, change them all to true and the whole world will be available. Or if you 'kinda' want to make them more expensive, buy them all, then set them back to false and buy them again.

Software component editing.
Search for "softwareComponents": and each thing below it, change the "difficulty" number to 1 to make them easier or set a higher number to make them harder. This will make contracts harder or easier to complete.

Adding/Removing software components, search for "softwareComponents": and each thing below it, change the "inStorage" number to any value you want. Like 0 to remove excess ones if you have to many, or a few thousand if you want free components.

Loan manipulation
Making loans more expensive.
Take a loan then edit the save and look for the line "CurrentLoans"
Below it, change Interest or Months to pay to make the monthly payment more expensive or cheaper

Reset and delete loans (free money)
Load your save, take all three loans, then save and exit. Edit the save and look for "CurrentLoans" followed by "loansTaked"
Replace these sections with the following lines to remove the active loans and make them available again, you keep the money so repeat over and over to get as much as you want

"CurrentLoans": [],
"loansTaked": [
false,
false,
false
],

cheating the game will kill your interest. You enjoy playing the game by accomplishing goals and make more products, make profits, increase your cash balance ... etc. By cheating you can't have fun playing.

It's all a matter of opinion, if you don't like the thought of cheating then don't do it. To each their own, you play your game and I'll play mine. Everybody can play the way they like. Just because it's not your way doesn't mean people are having fun wrong.

But, for the sake of argument, save editing doesn't necessarily mean making things easier.
- There's details on how to delete loans in my opening post, you could just as easily make the interest higher to make them harder to pay back.
- Post says how to make things produce faster, you could just as easily make things harder to produce by making them take longer, this would make contracts harder
- Post shows how to reduce employee salary, you could just as easily increase it. Same with rent.
- You can use the details on tutorial skipping to make the tutorial harder. Like changing the game requirement to 10 games released instead of 2.

- You can use the stuff to 'fastfarward' gameplay in the event a bug causes lost progress

Some people like to use cheating to get the hang of a game and learn how to play it efficiently before playing a legitimate game. Some people like to have both legitimate saves and cheat saves so they can play whichever they are in the mood for at the time, an actual game or a relaxing 'just for fun' game. Most of my steam games have both cheat and legitimate saves because sometimes I want to be challenged and other times I just want to relax.

@zytukin - Can you edit the amount of money the loan is after it's already taken? Will that change your balance? I intend on trying it, but curious if you've done the same.

I haven't tried it but I don't think it would effect anything other then the monthly payments. Otherwise the trick to delete the loans would also delete the money you got.

Is it possible to edit the amount of money you have in the save?

I havn't found a way yet.
Far as I know so far, the only thing you can do is use the loan editing to give yourself free money.
