Also which faction you accept to kill undead? (I think you are running a quest for a faction she is not fond of, so you do not lose the loyalty cuz of the fight, but because for whom you took it on. Also she is not that hard to please with gifts but it is annoying to do so all the time)
Well if you talk to your companions you get a general idea of their beliefs, ideas, what they are fond of. So you can take a pretty good guess what actions might have consequences for their loyalty. It is a bit of common sense based upon the ton of text you read:)
