Pristine trophies

How can I acquire them? I sold some, unfortunately, and I need 3 for Gor'Goro's armour. I tried to kill jhakras, yrgs and sand worms but so far without success.

I actually had to look up an old post from mine:D As i have not done a decent run in ages:) Since i want to do the prologue correctly...but i always eff up, usually cuz of the stadium fights:D

Pristine trophy can sometimes be bought in Tectum Cervos, also from Crossroads Lady, and the [/spoler] Oghre[/spoiler]in Sun Rock. Also check out black markets, random encounters and the like. And fights of course.

I think an overwhelming victory ups the odds from fights, but am not at all certain on that.

I've just killed Yrgs near Salum (the purple ones) and I've got 8 pristine trophies. So, problem solved. Btw, I don't think that it's possible to buy pristine trophies at Crossroads, Sun Rock or in Tectum Carvos - I've tried it many times but they didn't appear in the offer.

No, they can definitely be purchased from Tectum Carvos. I've bought them there several times, though Sand Worm trophies are more common.
Not sure about Sun Rock or Crossroads.

You can, but it is a random loot. You know how the crossroads lady usually have some random items to be sold? It is the same with all of these places.
Basicly all these places have some "item positions" they sell that are randomly decided. If i recall well every month their items gets refreshed.
It is why i also said the black markets as well. Some places always have the same loot fols, but some are randomized every month.(The time fram of being a month i am not that sure anymore, was a while ago. I used to do a month long travel exactly because of this, and i think i also got GorGoros quest done via buying the pristines since i sold them.)
