Report a translation problem
I thought that option required certain stats to be high enough - unless that was another option. In which case I'd choose that one instead of the loyalty one (if it exists).
I would have thought your loyalty would be pretty high at this point though, since by doing his questline up to this point, that alone should have him think pretty highly of you? I found I hit max loyalty with Harvek before even finishing the first quest of his (taking out his enemies) - I gave him some weed occasionally, but near the end of that first quest I found I never had to give him anything ever again.
It's possible that second-highest isn't high enough - that would be my guess. Or what Darion said, possibly requiring a specific talking point prior to entering the villa? Though I can't recall what that would be, didn't think we had many options apart from choosing an approach...
I see, guess I'll try for Amicable on my next playthrough
