Edit Vargus save files

Can someone tell me how to edit Vargus save files. What program or method do you use to edit the data file?

i have tried editing save files in the past with some success. Problem is that a little bit before the full release, the devs for vagrus had made changes to the game files that if you were to use the format file editor OR cheat engine, the game will mess up and youll lose money, resources AND those special items that you need to sell as well as quest usage.


Best bet is to use game loopholes to gain advantage or edit special item quantity ONLY to sell for money while playing the game normally for the rest of the way with cheat engine.

Yea, but what program do you use to edit the save file?

i dont remember the name of the program but i did mess with the bin and dll code but that was just straight brute forcing the numbers to change. It wasnt perfect and the game crashed ALOT. Your better off using cheat engine and then manually finding hex numbers to look at the RAW numbers for editing purposes.
