How to start the new dlc?

I cant figure out how to access the new content. I went to Lumen but nothing happened.
Are there any requirements?

you have to visit a certain area to trigger it

It's Lumen with 400 boss, 3 companions at least and 3 renown. It's written just before you launch a new game.

I'm kind of lost as to how to proceed to this Bronze Desert. Not getting any clues in the game either.

if you have gone to the outer realms area then you just need to return to it. if you havent gone to the outer realms then you need to go to lumen with at least 400 bross 3 companions and 3 renown

Aside from waiting the specified number of days for the device to recharge, I haven't figured out how to return to the outer realm. :( Don't know where to go to get it recharged

its not necessarily a bad thing to wait it out but for the people who can speed it up on this side of the portal theres the dark elves in deven and the dragonland faction that is in salum if you have high enough rep to meet with their higher ups. and maybe others that i havent noticed.
