Blessing of the winds

So I got all the rituals ready and now I wanted to go back to Sadir-something with all 4 blessings active for the quest but the wind tribe doesn't have the option anymore. I am allowed to listen to the winds for news but that doesn't give me the blessing. I read somewhere, that they are only sometimes there (like every other week or so) so I safe and loaded to not run around and pay my comes but every try there were no shamans there...

Am I just unlucky and should just do something else for a month or so or is the option somehow blocked by other events?

I got no problem with making detours for quests. I kinda like it since it's like the legendary vagrus told you: some things have no value besides whatever value we give them, so plain coins is not that interesting to me anymore (I am sitting on 2k). But to get there with all 4 blessings you have to make a bit of haste so everytime the wind shamans are not present you would have to walk back to the start, get the fire blessing and start over which seems to me like just bad design...

I understand the wind shamans being travelers and that's nice but then have somebody there who tells you, when they will be back -.-

Yeah, that's a bit unfortunate. I was lucky that the first time I tried to get all 4 blessings, Kotrar was indeed occupied. I believe the wind-tribe text mentions that they travel on a weekly basis. So if you reach Kotrar and don't find them, making the trip to Utvorar and back to Kotrar will likely flip the state back.

Yeah I tried exactly that but they weren't back then...I will probably visit larnak for another quest first, then go to avernum just to make sure.

I just hate safe scumming

I just did it. Went to larnak for a quest, came back to utro and started my journey again just to alt+f4 when arriving at the wind shamans since they are still not present. Will just do something else now which sucks, cause I wanted to do it for my companion quest -.-
