Need Help - Skornar and Harvek Quest

Alrighty, I ran in to a wall with these two quest and could use a pointer. Spoilers below... Be warned




1) Skornar - Looking for his missing people - Just finished exploring the cursed ruins and now he thinks the surviving viking is looking for a healer to break the curse. Which city/village would have this healer?

2) Harvekl - Prison Break his son - I need smuggler's compartments equiped??? I have hidden compartment in my wagon gear but I don't ever recall ever coming across the Smuggler's version of this bag attachment. Where can I find this item?

2) if you get enough rep in the carpenters guild they give you smugglers compartments. Only way I was able to get them.

You can buy it from the gangs in Torage or the Wraiths in Deven not sure which.

I think I got Smuggler's Compartments through Garrik's quest. Not 100% sure but I had definitely obtained them (not bought them) somewhere before I needed them for Harvek.

1. The village would be the one where the Water spirit worshippers dwell, i think it is called Vitrar, it states even in their into text they are very good if not the best healers
