theres quite a few attributes that dont really giev any info on what they do for the vagrus, are they just for dialogue checks? (tough, strongminded, dextrous, mighty)
also are there any leadwership skills that arent implemented yet?

all leadership perks are implemented. Feel free to experiment with which ones you find the most suitable for your own playstyle

Attributes do not have a direct impact on stats. They are often requirements of other perks that do give stats. They are sort of stepping stones. Plus they are used in dialogue checks as you said.
