globe key stuck?

I entered the 5 symbols and the slot opened. I can see the round globe key, but can not pick it up. I quit and restarted game serveral times without luck.

Hi sorry for the late reply, could you change graphics from High to Low? Let us know this works.

Same here. The globe key is stuck in Chapter1. Can't get it out. Changing the graphics doesn't help. AArgh! Help!

I am having the same issue. The slot is open, I can see the item but i can't pick it up. My resolution is set to low. What is the fix for this???

The thing resolved when i restarted the game a couple of times, after a day though.

I'm also having this problem. Tried all three graphics settings, plus windowed and fullscreen. Windows 10.

Do you guys found out a fix for this problem? I faced the same bug.
