How is the game saved

Just a quick question. The missus and i have chewed through most of the first chapter but their appears to be no save button. Is progress automatically saved to where you are or to specific points?

Only replying since this never got an answer and might be important to some players - yes, the game saves your progress upon exiting.

Thankyou kindly! We did find this out a few hours later when we took a gamble on it :D hehehe. we finished this one so she bought the rest of the series :)
