reprojection ratio. plz help

My reprojection rate is super high and is destroying my fps plz help me.

Your PC may be too weak.
If you want to get some kind of advice, give more information. What game are we talking about? What GPU and CPU do you have, the version of the operating system? What headset do you use?

I HAVE A GTX 1070- I7-8700 CPU- 32000 GB RAM- oculus quest 2- windows 10

Resolution settings?
Screen mode? (72/80/90/120Hz)

i switch between 80 hz-3456x744 and 72hz-3616x1840 this is the recomended settings and anything lower makes the game look like ass.

and its mainly pavlov and blade and sorcery

If you use Virtual Desktop for PC connection(not Link or AirLink) then check SSW setting, It should not be set in "always on" mode.

Then I have no idea, because performance issues can be caused by different reasons (hardware, software and so on).

Turn off Motion Smoothing, Reprojection, turn down your Super Sampling then restart Steam until it runs fine, I have 7,000 hrs in VR so ask any questions :)

thx ill have to give this a try but may be hard for me to find/ might take me a while. Do you know where these settings are located by any chance?

well unfortunately this hasnt fixed my issue but it has improved it.

It seems my main issue is my cpu going to 100%
