1. Equipping things that take multiple hand slots, apply weight twice (once for each hand. spell foci, fishing poles, etc. apply weight twice)
2. When combining things that put things in your inventory (such as filling bottles or cleaning bloody bandages) if there isn't room in your inventory for the item, it deletes the item you used to combine. {example: while holding 3 bottles to fill without room for result, 1 bottle disappears without dropping anything on the floor}
While I'm on the subject, I hope you don't mind if I give a suggestion. If you change how combining works, so the altered item appears in the hand, instead of the world, you might be able to avoid needing an auto pick up feature for potions (which would also affect Pie, dough, etc). This could also help with player frustration of the time it takes to refill bottles, considering the delay just slows them down, not stop them from refilling all their bottles.
You wouldn't have to change anything on how the fountains work, just so that the change affects the whole stack being held, at once when available. {example 1: held stack is 3 queens herb combined with 2 pie crusts result in 2 held pie and the crust in the world is replaced by the 1 leftover herb}
{example 2: 5 held bottles are combined with a red fountain resulting in 5 held red potions}
It also wouldn't hurt, if you could combine items in inventory (dough and rolling pin, etc.)
