Is anybody have killed all npc? is there like negative side effects when you do it? like penalty on your stats,not able to move forward? etc. if not will try to kill them for exp?.. bad idea hehehe

Not sure but i could swear the developer mentioned you can technically go full murder hobbo without breaking the main quest of the game.

You skip on quests if you kill the givers duh

The only real negative is that you get declared an outlaw, and guards will attack you on sight. If you get attacked by a guard near a shop keeper NPC, the shop keeper becomes hostile as well. You can atone for your sins by paying gold at a shrine.

Kind of. You can still fulfil quest requirements and get the quest items, even if the quest giver dies. You only miss out on quest XP this way, but the NPC XP makes up for it.
