the base game, no.
Basegame costs money (but the old basegame is now f2p)
DLCs from old game you own, when ported to new game, are free.

You can check out the original announcement here, for reference: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/247000/view/4596573778467909060?l=english
but nothing from my old game has carried over how do i do this ?
This new one doesn't have any expansions in it yet,
But when they add one that was in the prior game into this one you'll have it.
The first being the Reaper expansion.
Avalon Hill and Games Workshop have put a lot of effort into making 5th Edition feel distinct and 'fresh', so we're making sure that even when you're playing a 4th Edition expansion, it feels just as fresh as if you'd bought it for 5th Edition.
Hell, I'm often impressed with how dedicated y'all were with the first adaptation.
I look at other digital games like the Munchkin Digital attempt and wish it were being done with the same passion as y'all put on Talisman Digital(s), love having a rough timeline too, even if something isn't done on time its nice knowing y'all have passionate plans.
