3) No. The game is final. When there should be an bug, we will fix it. Still, we consider to add some additional steam achievements (but most achievements are in).

That's "easy": you calculate the amount of time you work on a project, you give it a cost, add expenses, factor it distribution fees, taxes and vat, find a suitable price range and go from there.
It's not an exact math, because some factors you can't know beforehand, like "is the price I set good for my audience / market?"

Wish they would do Grimrock 3, Grimrock 2 was fantastic.
