any ideas? its just nonstop and only from this game. i can open youtube and watch videos with no problem well its up

Tried several different options to include PS4/XBX ONE/Series X as well as loading the game in Steam Big Screen but I can never get the controller to work, it even says the controller is loaded?!?? Any ideas?
