$10 isn't bad for what the game is, but with no player base, it's not worth it unless you're the kind of person who'd get a lot of life out of playing against bots.
It'd be much better to return to F2P and add some kind of $10 premium aspect to it. I know people hate that s--- but it could just unlock all the characters, or something and leave them earn-able over time otherwise.
I felt like the adding of a price tag though, was likely going to be the last nail in the coffin, sadly for the aforementioned reasons. If it wasn't bringing in a player base as a F2P, then I don't see it doing better as a B2P game, though I'd be happy to be wrong. I'd rather see games succeed as opposed to failing.
But the game itself is amazing. The music is solid, the art style is great, the gameplay is simple to pick up but no doubt difficult to master. Those are all elements of a successful game but unfortunately, even when you have an amazing game on your hands, it can still be difficult to put it in front of enough eyes. Many a good game have died quietly in silence.
