I think Conception II is better.

This one leans *super* hard into the softcore Eroge style you might expect from the premise (though not as hard as the PSP version did with the Touch Communication feature), while the sequel is an actual story that is largely non-skeevy despite the premise, so... whichever of those sounds more appealing, play it first, I'd say! (Personally, I think they're both good games despite issues, but I prefer the more serious and less perverted tone of the sequel)
